Safety Warnings for Handmade Dice

Thank you for purchasing one of our polyhedral relics from the Everrot. While our handcrafted resin dice are designed for tabletop gaming or for collectability, please review the following safety warnings to ensure safe and responsible use.

1. Choking Hazard

These dice sets are made up of small individual parts and are not suitable for children under the age of 6. Please do your part to keep dice out of reach of young children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or choking.

2. Not for Consumption

Our dice are made from resin and may also include metallic leaf, inks, and other decorative inserts such as animal bone or 3D printed designs. No matter how they may look, dice are not edible and should never be placed in the mouth.

3. Fragile Materials

We take extreme care to ensure that our dice are cured properly. Dice, while perfectly durable for rolling, could potentially break or chip if dropped onto hard surfaces. We recommend rolling on soft surfaces such as felt or leather where possible and to handle with care to avoid damage. Ideally, store them in a protective case when not in use.

4. Avoid Direct Sunlight and Heat

Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures may cause discolouration or, in extreme circumstances, potential warping of resin-based dice. Whilst we take lengths to ensure that this does not happen and that dice are fully cured prior to sale, please be aware that resin can be affected by heat and sunlight so should be stored appropriately. Store in a cool, dry place for longevity.

5. Allergic Reactions

Our dice may contain materials such as mica powder, metallic flakes, and organic products such as animal shed, bone or moss. If you have known skin sensitivities or allergies to cured resin-based products, avoid direct prolonged contact.

If you do have a reaction to resin from our dice, please seek medical advice and also report this to us. We endeavour that our dice should always be cured and safe for touching (never soft, sticky or smelling) so please reach out if that is not the case.

6. Sharp Edges

All of the Everrot dice sets are crafted to a sharp edge design and may be pointed. Whilst faces are polished and checked that edges should be smooth, please handle carefully to prevent accidental injury (no d4 stabbings on our watch, please!).

7. Use Responsibly

Dice made in the Everrot are intended for tabletop gaming and collectible purposes only. They are not designed for consumption, impact use, heavy handling, or exposure to extreme conditions.
